Returns and Refunds

We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

If unfortunately the item doesn’t meet your expectations, or you simply change your mind, you have the right to return the items to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please note refunds will be processed when the item is returned. If a refund is requested this amount will only include the price of the item and not include any postage charges.

When returning an item to us, please include your order number, name and whether you would like a refund or replacement.

We are unable to offer exchanges on products, unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was dispatched by us.

We can only issue a refund on the postage if the item is faulty. Please let us know when the item has been returned and retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be processed.

Faulty Items

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact as soon as possible. The item will need to be returned back to us so we can examine the item and look into the issue.

A refund or replacement will then be offered.
