We offer free postage on all orders over £40.00

We aim to process all orders as soon as possible, and the majority of items are sent out on the same day when orders are placed before 12pm.

All items will be sent with our courier Royal Mail, who aim to deliver within 1 to 3 days.

Royal Mail will attempt delivery twice. Should they be unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave you a card which will explain how to rearrange your delivery.

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, please specify this at checkout. Royal Mail will require confirmation from us if you request this after a first delivery attempt has been made, and this can delay your delivery time.

Should a parcel be returned to us because the receiver did not collect it from the depot or rearrange delivery, we reserve the right not to issue a refund for the delivery cost.
